Step 1

Sourcing the Rough Natural Diamond

The journey of our natural diamonds begins with the careful selection of rough diamonds. These diamonds are sourced responsibly from mines that adhere to ethical standards, ensuring that no conflict or harmful practices are involved. We work only with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability and integrity. Our team ensures that each rough diamond is of the highest quality before moving forward in the manufacturing process.

Step 2

Planning and Mapping

The journey of our natural diamonds begins with the careful selection of rough diamonds. These diamonds are sourced responsibly from mines that adhere to ethical standards, ensuring that no conflict or harmful practices are involved. We work only with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability and integrity. Our team ensures that each rough diamond is of the highest quality before moving forward in the manufacturing process.

Step 3

Cleaving and Sawing

Cleaving is the first step in shaping the diamond. The rough diamond is carefully cleaved, or split, along its natural grain to create smaller, more manageable pieces. This can be done using high-precision lasers or diamond-tipped saws. Each piece is then further refined to reveal its full potential, ensuring that the cut and shape are in line with the diamond’s natural properties.

Step 4

Shaping and Cutting

After the cleaving process, the diamonds are ready to be shaped. In this step, each rough diamond is carefully transformed into its final form. The choice of shape—such as round brilliant, princess, emerald, or others—depends on the stone’s natural characteristics and the desired end result. Using laser cutting technology and expert diamond cutters, we carefully shape the diamond to enhance its brilliance and maximize its beauty.

Step 5

Polishing

Polishing is one of the most crucial stages in the diamond manufacturing process. Our skilled artisans use diamond abrasives and cutting-edge machinery to polish every facet of the diamond to perfection. This process brings out the diamond’s natural sparkle and brilliance, ensuring each facet reflects light in the most dazzling way. The polished diamond is now a radiant masterpiece, ready to be graded.

Step 6

Quality Control and Grading

Each diamond undergoes meticulous quality control to ensure it meets the highest industry standards. We use advanced magnification tools to inspect the diamond’s cut, clarity, color, and carat weight (the 4Cs). This step is crucial in determining the diamond’s overall value. Our diamonds are graded by industry experts, and we provide certification from reputable institutions, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the International Gemological Institute (IGI) to authenticate the diamond’s quality and characteristics.

Step 7

Certification and Finishing Touches

Once the diamond has passed the quality control stage, it receives certification, providing detailed information about its unique attributes, such as the 4Cs. If the diamond is to be set into jewellery, it is carefully mounted into a ring, necklace, or other custom piece of jewellery. The final inspection ensures that the diamond is securely set and that the piece is finished to the highest standards.
